No, not a biggy, I've seen them packed out with penny washers before.

I'd probably just machine up a spacer to take up the slack.
Just had a measure up and the ID of the KW fork is 51mm, anyone know what it is on the zs? I tried to reach under the car just now and make it to be quite similar but can't get an exact measurement.

New heater resistor fitted, old one was completely gubbed, so I now have speeds 1 & 2 on the fan. Still blowing cold-ish so I'll start looking in to the Saab valve, etc, probably end up replumb in with the original set up.
As an aside I've also had a low coolant level light ping up on the dash. Coolant level is fine though....anyone had any experience with these level sensors?

Yes, level sensors are uber sensitive, just add a little more coolant it should put the light out.

Hopefully, weather permitting, I'll be getting rid of some of the purple tomorrow! Stocked up on new paint so let's hope the sun god is shining!

Well baby duties got in the way of work on the car today but I should be able to get to the unit on Saturday to do some major tinkering, primarily fitting the coilovers, headlights and fixing the heater.
Also some goodies arrived today from Daz over at Locking Vinyl which I plan to fit at the weekend
