Thanks, yeah the engine is grand for the roads around here it will sit at 60 no problem, yeah the insurance was the deciding factor in it

Thanks will the 52MM throttle body from the KV6 go on the normal K-series engines? I know someone breaking a 190 ZT that I can get a throttle body from.

The 2.5 KV6 uses a 56mm throttle body which is too big for the K4, you need the throttle body from a MEMS3 VVC which is 52mm. BRM and mk1 MGF VVC have a 48mm throttle body so avoid these.

Has what got the inlet manifold?

You can't use any of the ZT190 induction on the ZS105.

Got a few more pics up after a polish this weekend.





It scrubs up quite well for such a high mileage car. although the lacquer is beginning to crack on the back bumper and the paintwork on the bonnet is starting to bubble


Couldnt resist a few sneaky pictures with dad's 320D either
