Zed got a bath today...

Got the zed valeted today

but the guy said my bonnet and roof have 'paint issues'.. he seems to think its been sat under a tree for a while at some point and the sap has eaten into the paint work, I tried to get a pic...

In the centre is a 'white' spot and there are loads on the bonnet and roof and they wont clay out so am I looking at a re spray or is there some sort of paint correction that can be done?
