Alarm Problem!!!

My alarm on my zsmk2 triggered itself earlier today and hasnt stopped since, minus the 1minute intervals between when its active. I've had to disconnect the battery for now as its th only thing that will stop it.

Anyone heard of this issue before or have any ideas???

Think the alarm sounder, situated under coolant tank, on the MkII causes trouble - fills with water iirc.
On my MkI there was some corrosion on the PCB in the ultrasonic sensor which was causing it to randomly trigger.

I had this problem on my mk 2. I took it to the garage to have it put on the computer to see what was wrong. it found a lot of things wrong, put touch wood it has been fine since. They said by putting it on the computer it cleared the faultys on the ecu. Iwould try this first
