has anyone removed aircon from 180
I'm looking to remove the aircon from my 180 track car and wondered if anyone has done this already. If so what belt and routing did you use once the unit was removed.

I'm sure there is a few Bhp to be gained from the engine not driving this unit.

The unit isnt turning unless the clutch is engaged, drags no more than an idler puller id think

just removed my air con, need to fit belt, will post belt size when done. i was also going ehpas at same time, but put that on hold for a while, that would need an even shorter belt.

Yeah I get that it idles but the extra belt length plus the wieght of all that kit must be worth some gains.

On the down side, I discovered a small leak in the power steering pump today....darn it.
