VIS reconditioning

Anybody know of anyone that reconditions the VIS motors? I am on my 3rd set and am getting fed up with having to keep replacing them all the time! I have fitted a catch tank witch is catching the oil, have the indicators and it appears the green LED on the right is sticking on (not sure witch motor this is).
I know there is an excellent guide on here but i just don't have the time at the moment to have a go myself.
