woohoo brakes sorted!! finally

got to look at my brakes this morning,

first i took the wheel off and got the mrs to put the handbrake on, the cable moved freely but the caliper never moved, so u thought slider pins ceased.
took all the capiler off and tried the pins, they too moved back and forth freely, confused i then tried to screw the piston back in with the special tool i bought well my bussiness bought lol.

well lets just say it got to the stage where i could have quite easily took to the bloody car with a hammer the piston was ceased solid, i tried a long bar and socket on the caliper tool for extra leveredge, nothing!

after scratching my head i tried the air gun for undoing the wheelnuts instead if the long bar, and after some time, pressure and alot of swearing finally it freed up and moved back and forth.
i bolted it all back toghther and hey presto it all works fine, handbrake n all.

just need to sort out the kick at arround 3000 then its sorted, lol famous last words.

They can be trying! Just old age getting to it, I have had my fair share of seized fixings and sheared ones!
