i had mine on for 3 months they are just tuff to move in general bud,took mines off on the 2nd,took a bit of tar and glue remover to get rid.

Just out of interest what did you lads use to get rid of any residue left fron the holder? Dad's BMW E46 came in from the uk a few years ago and still has residue from the old tax disc holder in the bottom corner of the windscreen and can't seem to get rid of it.

Brake cleaner works well, along with a window paint scraper if it is tough.
