The bodies are identicle to the C post.

Cheap upgrade for a civic is to fit ZS suspension before buy after market.
Mate has also fitted a ZS steering rack to his civic as it gives less turns.

Brake pads are the same on a Honda Accord and ZS180.

All hatch interior door cards and rear leccy window parts in my saloon Sam.

Does this mean the exterior door handles off the civic fit and if so are they stronger than the mgr ones .

not all of it, the front end is different so the bonnet and front wings are different...but with the hatch every other part of the bodywork is identical. They had a different rear wing so I'm not sure if the holes are in the same place
