it's an RB320.... a very very limited run special edition with a few extra bits not normally available to the general public. The suspension is all Bisteiln (or however you spell it) and it has a different gearbox, along with some engine tweaks to hike the power to nearly 400 ponies as standard
the interior sold it for me though, this one has the upgrade seats (£1500 option - each!) that are uber comfy. Comes standard with a tracker and camera radar too - which is nice

standard power of an RB 320 is 316 bhp so has it been modified.

I think the guy said it had an Sti intercooler and the exhaust was different.
The standard Sti is about 320... and the RB is a fair bit more again. Can't remember the exact figures off hand but it's in the borchure somewhere.
I'm assuming this PS they are always on about is the same as bhp?
