Old warranties

You wouldn't believe the amount of warranty, recalls they did. Saw one that solved my squeaky rubbing noise when the steering is turned at low speed when car is fully warmed up. Turns out it's the rubber gaiter on the bulkhead covering the column universal joint that rubs because its dried out with age. Simple fix is to undo fastening plate, slide it up the column and apply Lithium grease. Job done

Recalls and warranty claims are different. A recall is each car to come back for a matter of safety the zs had none as far as I remember

The 75 had one for the rear springs but the zs had zero. There were lots of things that were done if and when the customer complained.

Piston tap on k .4.6.8
Reverse gear mod for above
Clutch squeal for 75/zt cdti and others
