as for the insurance

Ive seen them cancelled with no notice trick it was done to an old work colleague of mine

he got 6 points and a ?200 fine even though he argued through his teeth in court it wasnt his fault

so if youve just got your licence over here then say buh bye to it

get the car up for sale ASAP!!!

Insurance companies dont just cancel the policy, they have to give you notice.

I would ask them to tell you why they cancelled it and ask them to prove they took all reasonable steps to tell you, use this in your defence in court.
