Sump plug washer

What size are they are the V6 - Eurocarparts didn't have one so need to find one from somewhere and obviously I don't want to travel far for one as they aren't expensive and travelling only increases the cost of it. I'm guessing they are quite universal and could probably get one from somewhere...

ALU1403, from memory. Fits all MG Rovers (apart from the Ford V8 powered ones) since around 1990.

I have tried to find a sump plug washer and they are available on the internet under either ALU1403 or ALU1403L however they all want delivery charges, one even said delivery was £6.67!
These things only cost pence and even Rimmer Brothers want nearly £1 just for the washer.
I really do hate rip off Britain.
Eurocarparts don't even seem to be able to find them. How difficult should this be - I just want to pop in somewhere, pay the 20 - 30 pence for it and get on with changing my oil.
I can't even seem to search Xpart in Christchurch to see if they have it!

Why not try Westover Landrover, 21 Bailey Drive, Barrack Road, Christchurch, Dorset, BH23 2BN - Rimmerbros list the ALU1403L as a Land Rover part, and you have a Land Rover parts desk not far from you. Might still work out cheaper to buy it online, mind.

I get all my small bits and bobs from an Allparts in Hemel. Do you not have any other motor factors near you? I have motorway belts as well and Halfrauds probably have one to fit!

they will have it at x part center, only older cars had copper ones.

halfords would probably do them.

For what its worth you could probably reuse your old one

I have decided I will reuse the old one, it's just frustrating that they are so cheap but delivery online is extortionate and driving for one in the forest will probably cost at least a fiver in petrol or diesel too...
