No yet, cv boot is done, just gotta do the handbrake but the adjuster nut is threaded.

Isn't that correct?

Guess you mean seized? I bought a pair of cables off ebay, cheap enough and fitted fine.....eventually! Mine were seized in its outer sheath.

No I mean you adjust it but it just slips back to where you started .
