now im getting ****** off

stupid bt broadband now i cant play xbox live was fine the other day now wont find games, internet on laptop is fine, but wont play games on laptop either have done a few searches seems quite a few have had this problem, has n e 1 on here had this, and how did they resolve it

Skyblueads seems to be having similar issues mate. I have BT Homehub and it hasn't skipped a beat to be fair (although the daytime 2kb/s limits are f***ing awful for a supposed good service, maybe should stop downloading movies lol)

I know that if I dont reset the modem when I unhook the xbox then it has IP address issues so all I do is keep it plugged into the ethernet cable/router.

If you are always disconnecting the cable and plugging back into xbox, reset the router each time to refresh IP with xbox.
