Ecu help needed in Australia!

Hi guys, right I've got a new Ecu one of the racing guys who kindly put a new map on for me, but after getting it and fitting it, the imobiliser won't shut off. I've replaced the battery just in case that's gone flat in the fob but is there a way to resink the fob with the Ecu? Also not sure if I need the ignition barrel sensor as well?? I've also got a small red box with it which if I'm correct is for the door? (I've only played with mk2s before and those don't have that) problem is the connections don't fit not that it will be used anyway as its a track car but this shouldn't cause it to not disable the imobiliser will it?
Last question is there a way to permanently disable the imobiliser?
Thanks in advance

All sorted now, found a trick to reset the fobs by removing the battery pressing the buttons 10 times replacing the battery and pressing them 4 times and it's worked, just panicked as there's no zs support out here down under!
