Thanks man. Mine was mounted with a perforated metal strip to the slam panel and I don't like it. Filter is out now for a clean and I'm hoping to find a way of relocating the bracket so it's hidden. Perhaps bolting to underneath the battery tray.

Should be good, the standard airbox is a massive restriction on the v6
