I just chucked in a 180 into my ZT 190. It is a lot bigger effort than you would think. Basically, the engine needs to be stripped down to the bear block.

What would be interesting is to fit the 190 in the ZS 180 and then have it remapped. The ZT ecu is not directly remappable, but the ZS ecu is. Matt Reidy was able to get 200 out of a ZS 180. It would be interesting if he could get more with the ZT 190 engine.
