well im gutted but it looks like i may have to sell it any ideas on value?how easy are these to sell being a v6?

Unless you bought it for a bargain you will find it hard to swallow.

My opinion is £600~700

There have been a few that have fetched more but plenty have sold for nearer £500.

There is a silver mk2 hatch on a 54 plate on ebay for £995

JUST MY OPINION and I have a mk1 and would love a mk2

Took 10 months.

I took £500 for it.
