Like I said above, an insurance company will write that off.

However thats an afternoons work, especially if it is only the passanger side.

I wouldn't even attempt to claim.

A couple of years ago I had some clown turn right from my inside and damage my wing, the bodyshops wanted £800 to repair it, I did it for £25.

I never deleted the photos,tried again but no luck,cant get to grips with photobucket yet,only first attempt at it today

The pick-up drivers company put a claim in for the little damage he had,so i may as well get something out of them,my premiums are going to go up anyway

Have you a facebook account?

I post my pictures on there and link to them, this works even if others don't have facebook as the photos are actually held somewhere else.

yeah that's what I do too, much easier than faffing about with photobucket

if you have the confidence to fix it then go for it, you're spot on that insurance companies will write off MGs for a bad scratch these days

The insurance company did write the car off but managed to buy the car back,so now the search begins,needs- for a mgzs 180,Bonnet with grill,left and right front wings and both headlights (complete units) all in black, Keep a eye out for the above guys,let me know prices and postage.Just want to thank everyone for their posts and for their concerns,thanks guys
