Exclamation advice fitting spoilet & bumper 45 vs ZS

Got a saloon 180 extreme boot spoiler to fit will 4 studs hold it or need to drill 2 holes for all 6? and where can I get some replacement double side sticky pads ?

And is the 45 rear bumper the same as the zs ( apart from cut out for back box) getting different answers on forums?

When i fitted mine i only used 4 studs, which i believe they're M4 size, and no sticky pads! I had absolutely no problems not using the pads!
