Help please, Whose is this car?

I went to view this 180 with nat today and noticed it was covered in stickers from a similar forum to this one (the one that sounds a bit like sexpower).
We were just wondering if anybody knows of any history such as if the belts have been done? The guy selling it obvioulsly just buys and sells but he said they had been done but had no proof.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

I know the car It belonged to a chap called Penfold over on XPF

George Took it in as a part exchange against another car has had belts done i do think

tis a nice car get it brought
