Painting mesh
The mesh on my MK2 is looking tired, so giving it a lick of paint.

Will I need to remove the bumper to remove the bottom mesh?

Yer there are a number of metal clips on the back. Either that or mask off your bumper and spray it in place. Personally id remove it
