If it can be done into a saloon as smokey says then there's a set of saloon alcantara with rear head rests for £130 here with only minimal drivers bolster wear.
I have mk2 saloon axis seats from a saloon.
The fronts will be a swap but the rears won't unfortunately.
They are in great condition and are out of the car now.
Drivers bolster, little to no wear creases as I had been sat in them for 5 hours as it was the day I picked it up.
No tears anywhere.
Rears are spot on.
Passengers is the same.
Have since been valeted too.
They are currently bubblewrapped in my shed so not being used if they are of any interest.
Edit: no rear headrests though.
This may be my best option, I have AXIS so I may just swap the fronts
