Managed to get hold of a cheap set of monoco seats of ebay and thought id toy with the idea of doing something wacky and different..now that my front bumper is no more so i decided to added some massaging motors within the actual seat.
A bonus of this was that the donor chair massager that i bought also had a heater element in it. warm me bum up on them cold mornings
I did hit a few snags on the way i.e the wires to the top motors need to be extended.
Cost of Mod - Just a tad over £10
Here is the seats once i had stripped it all down
Here is what the seat massager looked like. i could have just fitted the covers over the top, but then it would have buldged out and looked horrible!
Here is what the massager is capable of doing
i then completely gutted the seat massager and manage to salvage the motors and heater elements from it
after carefully marking out where i wanted the motors, i marked out how much foam i needed to cut away. After i was happy with the depth i then held it in place using some velcro strips
All that was left to do now was to put the covers back on!
...and this seat massager. Is it a sign of getting old.

i love my monocos! just working on the inside of the car now. got a red/black steering on the way and need to do some major rewiring for my 2 amps, front compos, and other gadgets. ordered some new battery terminals so i can run the power straight from the battery rather then tapping into the wires from behind the headunit
both driver and passenger seats have massagers in now and both work a treat!
