You don't get a courtesy car for a start.
They took 4 months to pay out after my zr was written off.
All they do is pass the buck when you need to make a claim as they are only a broker.

Are you talking about A-Plan?
Been with them 2 years and just got my 406 insured for £97 fully comp!
