Anyone else had this door rattle?

Ive got an annoying rattle coming from inside my drivers door somewhere. It sounds like its coming from the latch area, ive had the door card off a few times to try and solve it, but nothing seems to work, probably because i dont know exactly what it is thats causing it.

I was going to record a sound clip to show what it sounds like, but found it in one of my old videos. You can hear it pretty clearly in the background.

Anyone recognise this rattle? I know its a longshot but its driving me round the bend, as its a constant rattle, no matter what road surface im on or whatever speed im driving at.

Cheers

the door pin bars are bad for rattling(the bars going to the door lock botton and the handle, i put some foam pads behind mine seems to have stopped it

Do you mean this bit?

If thats the bit you mean't i though that was the rattle too, and you can see some foam pads in the picture where ive tried to cure it but it didnt work.

Guess i need deeper foam pads then?

I put thick felt tape round different areas behind the door panel & door pin area.
Sorted it out.
