Cambelt and Spark Plug Intervals on 180?

Sorry if this has been covered millions of times or if it already exists in a sticky thread but ive looked and cant find it!

How many years/miles are the spark plugs meant to be changed on a ZS180 and the same questions for the cambelt/water pump?

Spark plugs are every 40k Miles, Cambelt is 90k or 6 Years whatever comes first.

O.k thanks for the reply.

Im not allowed to view the service sheet for some reason.

Think the one im getting will be due the spark plugs, which are good ones to get?
