Normally the Ford PCD and that of Rover are not the same, unless them wheels have two sets of holes at differing PCDs.

I do know that VW/Audi, Vauxhall and MGR share the same 100mm PCD, think some Fiats too.

Focus is 108mm PCD IIRC
