Worth it mod.
Indeed it does, I wasn't happy with mine without the frame of the old mesh so ground it all off and sprayed it red. Started this before the bump but as I had to get the bumper off today thought I'd see how it would have looked.

very GTi-esque that! I like that though!
Glad the windows are sorted, I'll have a mooch this wed at the big scrappies and see if there is any cards again.
I imagine there will be a far larger choice with all the bad weather and hopefuly (for me not others) when the frost starts lol.

Steve I must admit I'm not taken with the red border, Id have to see it on mine, I'm sure that mesh has larger holes than mine, feel free to chuck it in the box lol.

I will probably end up putting the red framed one on the green z when I eventually get round to it, and do another identical bumper mesh with the one I remove. So if anyone wants me to do them one let me know. I have enough spare mesh for both the grill and bumper (it was buy 2 get 1 free), no point saving the mesh frames for the grill as you don’t see any of that through the grill.

I measured the oblong on the original mesh and its 17x11mm. The oblong size for the mesh I bought is 12x5mm. In the link for your mesh it says the oblong size is 20x7mm. I thought that was a bit too close to the original size so went for something a bit smaller. Although in your pics the oblong doesn’t look anywhere near 20x7mm.
