2002 mg zs 180

Seriously considering selling my ZS. But won't go for peanuts.

2002 MG ZS 180 2.5 V6 Trophy blue 5 door hatch, 80300 miles (may raise slightly). Full service history from new, including every reciept (inc 2 timing belt changes) and orignal order forms. Timing belts (inc water pump, pulleys etc) done last year by Mg rover specialist using genuine parts. New spark plugs, ht leads, discs & pads all round, new rear calipers, 1 front caliper, new Falken Ziex ZE914's all round, coolant & brake fluid change, oil & filter, all done last year. New Yuasa battery fitted last week. Stainless steel custom back box, and straight through centre section. Replacement green cotton air filter. Front floor pans have been cut out and welded in properly, then sealed and protected. No rattles in intake, and working vis motors. Drives and handles as it should. Very slight wear on drivers bolster. Interior is pretty much immaculate. OE MG TF Momo gear knob modified to fit. Pioneer head unit. Does have 6x9's fitted to parcel shelf. MG car mats. Factory fitted electric sun roof, electric rear windows, and rear head rests. Externally the paint work polishes up well. Does have the odd small car park dint, and age related marks. No rust though. Original dealer number plates. Wheels have been refurbed at some point. One slight chip on one alloy. New OE badges fitted all round. New OE looking gel wheel centre badges fitted.

Also comes with 2 x spare keys and fob (unused) and dealer key ring. And unused tyre repair kit (still in plastic wrap).

MOT runs out 19th May, but will put 12 months on before sale, along with oil & filter change.

Located in Darlington.

Offers over £1800

Wasn't Luke looking for a decent ZS? Don't think you'll get much better than this going by the info and pics.
Are you sure you are selling the right car?

Luke wants something to modify, and said he would like to leave mine standard.

lol....the Escort is actually worth more and will increase every year, my first cars were Ford....it's a great little car, very cheap and easy to work on.

I brought the ZS as a fun car to drive whilst I was building the mk3 Escort, but now the mk4 is running right...it's now my weekend toy, I love taking it to the Classic car shows.

I love the ZS, it's such fun to drive and always wanted one when they came out......least I can say I had one.

If I had the room, I'd keep both.
