Complete strip down and respray and fix the bodykit properly, completely rustproof the underside, then a lightened flywheel, LSD (with steel bearings).

I'd refurb 3 of the wheels (1 has been done)
New rear bumper and front wing
New inlet manifold and throttle body
Whatever's left would go towards an exhaust system

Belts, wheel refurb, paint correction, brembos, steel caged bearings and lsd, lightened flywheel

Dunno how far the grand would go... but id make a dent on that list! Lol

I would send the LSD box off for a full rebuild and spend the rest on new suspension bits, adjustable and polybushed. Any remaining would go against a brake upgrade, OEM spec will do.
