What diameter pipe does it have going into the box and what style/size tail pipe does it have? I might be interested in it for my 420.

It's 3" round exit and fits the OE centre pipe, so I guess about 2 1/4" into the box, link here for you;

they are not what i would call purpose built, they are the ones that would need a pipe attaching and brackets making up to hang it on the car.
