Looks like a really nice car mate, shouldnt have much trouble selling it but only if you take the figures people have been saying. Just have a look on ebay at what similar cars are selling for in auction listings, its a crying shame our cars are so worthless but I guess if you want an evo 7 you had better get used to losing money. The amount you will lose on the ZS will be a drop in the ocean compared to running an evo!

How long have you had it? You must have known the market conditions when you first started looking to buy? If MGR was still trading then prices would be very different.

Unhappy

You would get more for a diesel but the market for a petrol mg has hit skid row :-(

Buy the evo for a weekend bit of fun and run mg in the week.

We all know the cars are worth double what they go for, best thing, I reckon is to run them for a few more years and the price will be higher, or not much difference than they are now.

Just depends if you want a change and are prepared to take a hit!!!

I am one of those who has spent alot on the car and knows it is worthless today. Hell I bought mine over 7 years ago for £7k, so I know how you feel but accept the brutal truth of its current market value, hence why I am keeping it.

Nope, I paid 3k for my charged motor that was in a poor state and 2yrs later Havin parted with at least 2.5k I have sold it for £3k!!

But it's not just mg's I was offered a McRae scooby with 320hp for 4k

Sold my 02 406 hdi with 150,000 miles on it for £1500!

People's want £30 tax and 60mpg

Spending Money on cars IMHO other than on service items is a waste of time and Effort
