What you need is a 12v source, MGR recommend the live feed for the wiper motor fused with a 7.5amp fuse, I followed this, but the heaters on the jets are on all the time.
I replaced the connectors on the Ford jets with some from an autoshop, and wired them in, you will also need the dimensions for fettling your bonnet (I will post up later)
Just goto you nearest Ford dealer and ask the parts monkey get you some heated washer jets from a 1998>2004 Ford Focus/Mondeo(I'll try and get the Finis Code for them)

Its not that hard, I don't have a "How to....", it is just a bit of common sense, measuring, you don't cut anything just use needle/swiss files and do it that way, just file and check, file and check easy
