LED Side lights wont go in

Hi Guys i bought a set of these for my ZS but the stupid things wont go in the hole! Now ive tried to make the hole wider with a drill bit but not very well, I think i will have to take the lights apart to put the drill in form the face. Has any one else had this problem? Cheers Nabz

You must have the wrong size or something. Your shouldn't need to modify your lights in any way.

Yeah the standard bulbs are 10mm wide but the ones i have are 11mm wide and its too tight to get in, Never had trouble like it on my other cars the hole has always been big enough

some LED bulbs are too big, in fact a set i got would not fit in claires astra sport hatch either, guessing they are the ones like a stack of leds?? like thesehttp://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2-X-T10-25...item2c5ec1b818

you will need ones more like this style
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/T10-W5W-50...item27b9566547

or

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BRIGHTEST-...item27a86361b0

just for example
