Wrong part again! Help much appreciated....

For the second time in a row they have sent the wrong part for my ZS
Think its off a Rover 400 this time.

Anyway, got it up on my mates ramp and knew straight away it was the wrong part as it has no holes for the abs sensor!

I want to check if it is the hub carrier that causing the problem.

The only fault we can find is the gap between the hub carrier and the alloy is 20mm one side and 28mm on the 'broken' side.

Damaged LH Side

Normal RH side

Does this look like the cause of the problem?
Just from looking at it in the flesh, the part looks a different shape to the RH side.

Another picture of the damaged side.

Any ideas?

Is the only difference the hole for the sensor, if so is it possible to drill the hole?

We thought of that but it's still a different arm to the one I need.

in the first pic the plate that the rubber mount fits into looks like it's bent downwards? Sure that should be level

sorry about the highly technical explination, I can't remember what that top arm is called!

I'll help Ross out, the upper wishbone looks to be bent.

*edit* In fact if you look at your first 2 pics there appears to be a difference in the angle between the upper wishbone and the hub carrier, Have you changed the upper w/bone?
