I have for sale a ZS180 engine that is fitted with Piper 270 cams and verniers.
when they were fitted in 2009 it was rolling road at 211bhp and had the belts changed at the same time.
These do add some nice high end performance to the 180 while making it very driveable day to day. The Verniers are no longer made by piper so are very rare.
Cams new are over £500 and the verniers were £200
I would like £500 for the engine fitted with the cams etc. This does not include flywheel, gearbox or inlet plenum.
It had been asked if I would split but its just to much hassle, this is a well sorted engine from a 2003 plate ZS covering only 60k. I see engines sell for £200 to £250 normally so the cams and verniers are only costing £250 if you sold your own engine.
Not very often things like this come up and while its a big job to fit, for the cost its worth while
