Actually, i haven't yet! that has been playing on my mind for a while.. not the fact of removing it, but what to put in its place! I don't like the idea of a gaping hole in my dash lol

bond the cut down plastic in place after removing airbag,

First of all, nice work .

Really like the door cards.

Do you have any pics of how you secured the glass in the front windows? You mentioned in another thread you may be able to dig some out.

The airbag issue is something which has been bugging me a bit too actually... I just have the gaping hole in the dash at present.

I was planning on removing the plastic blank from the airbag unit but it appears to be riveted on. Dont really fancy drilling a "live" airbag because of the static charge risk etc so was wondering what the safest way to retrieve the plastic blank would be?
