Nice idea, might look in to putting one of these together for myself. Could program it at uni, did a similar to measure rpm of a motor and display a bar style graphic on an LCD display.

or how about a little head up display that would be cool.

Scangauge is fine, but would it fit in the clock space of the console? And can it display the time?

You dont need to know the time just buy a watch lol
I recently brought a ELM327 Bluetooth to connect to my phone with torque
Scangauge looks like a much nicer way of doing it though
might have to buy one now

I would be very interested to know this aswell, would like one of these in my ZS and before i go ahead and fit my mk2 dashboard.

i mounted mine on the rear view as i thought it looked a bit **** just balanced on the top of the steering cowling. plus if you want to change any of the info displayed whilst your driving you would have to stick your arm through the steering wheel, accident waiting to happen that is.

I've seen someone who hollowed out the area where the heated seat blanks are on the MK2 centre console and mounted the scangauge there. I had considered removing the clock but the option buttons mounted either side on the SG display are set just a bit wider than the gap the clock sits in obscuring the buttons.
