What's Wrong with my MG

Hi All,

I drove to the shops to get some money, then when I got back into my car and started it up the engine was stuttering. I turned the engine off then on again and the engine was clearly struggling then when I put my foot on the accelerator white smoke/fumes came from the exhaust.

What the diagnosis? Be gentle

seems ok, but I feared head gasket, its blew before
