Picked up a bargain Mk2 Diesel with 180 Kit!

Couldn't believe my luck - I've just bought a Mk2 Diesel ZS with the proper 180 bodykit. I've been after one for ages, and after viewing a few sheds for around £2,000 I found this for half of that.

It has a few issues (I'll go over them in detail in my next post this evening) but on the whole drives OK. The alloys aren't my cup of tea, but I may keep them as they're already on the car and are quite clean.

Right, the faults.

I've noticed a few things since picking her up:
- EGR valve has some taped up pipework. Going for a remap which will delete the EGR tomorrow.
- MAF sensor readings are all over the place on T4 - likely a cheap eBay MAF as no Bosch markings. Going for a remap which will delete the MAF tomorrow.
- Really bad clutch judder from cold, and a very low biting point. I've freed up the release arm, but I think the clutch itself could be cooked. Waiting this one out for it to break or get better.
- Rust above windscreen. Will have this sorted in spring.
- Many BCU problems. Heated rear screen not working, washer jets not working and horn not working. I'll be repairing this myself, and now offer the service to others here: BCU Repair Kit or Service
- Needs a couple of rear tyres. Going to sling some budgets on for now, but will sort out a good set (hopefully on some 11s) in summer.

I'll keep you all posted on progress.

Looks great in the pic and lovely colour.

Lip spoiler and extreme spoiler. Is that normal?
