My ZS180

I swear the things going to end up In a breakers yard before the years out!

Needs a new inlet manifold - VIS rattle.

Slow coolant leak.

driving to work today I only had 3rd, clutch failed, suspect bracket etc!

reverse lights seem to have a dodgey wire!

feel like banging my head against my desk right now!

Bracket would be an hour fix, get freelander bracket and ask a garage to fit it for you,

Yeah, just not ideal timing before x-mas and a baby due in Jan!

The issues with the clutch, last night the biting point was low and changing gear got a little difficult, forgot about it, got in the car this Am and it was very difficult, managed to get it into 3rd fairly easily.

Kept it in 3rd all the way to work.

Is the bracket flexing then? I have a couple of spares if needed, could even weld up the joints to beef it up. My reverse lights were stuck on, pulled the leads and all fine now, besides how many people take notice of reverse lights? I ran a rattling plenum for over a year, annoying but still driveable. Any idea where the leak is coming from? Could be rad or thermostat housing.

No coolant in the V.

Just checked and the car has no fluid for the clutch so sprung another leak somewhere

Reverse light will be the switch on the gear box, cheap part from your local motor factors. And easy to change.

Sorry to hear - rubbish time of year for car troubles - even more so with a little one due in January. The Mrs is probs bending your ear about it too which won't help.

Still - we're here to help and to vent off to.
