Help, Rubbish braking in wet

Does anyone else suffer this?

I have noticed that when I am driving in the dry, my brakes (within 12000 were all replaced, discs and pads all round) are great, stopps on it's nose without incident. In heavy rain though, the pedal feels firmer, and it takes forever for the brakes to start to bite, once they do, it pulls ever so slightly to the right.

Any advice would be appreciated

Sounds like you have a sticky caliper...

What brake pads n discs are you running? Most "non OE" ones are crap... halfords for example I wouldn't touch with your bardge pole...

QH I think, I'll have to get under it at the weekend, Doesn't give me any issues in the dry though, which I thought a sticking caliper might.

I have a sticking calliper... Diagnosed by the MOT man... but doesn't cause me any trouble in the dry... same symptoms in the wet though... Add to that the worn bushes and Cambelt change due soon... I think its time to start saving!!
