zs+ 1.8 idle problems

So far i have stripped and cleaned the stepper motor and throttle bodie and check all of the pipes for any splits or leaks the stepper motor has been replaced on the 9/8/2012

Have you put a reader on it? Are any faults logged? Looks like the map sensor could be playing up. How does it drive?

yes i have put a code reader on it no codes logged and when the stepper pipe is connected the drives like a bang of p** accelatoring away and then backing off

Have you checked the stepper pipe for blockages has a coil pack failed or spark plug when was the fuel filter last changed could there be a loose plug anywhere? These are the only thing that I could think of

i have just been to the scrappies and got another map sensor and stepper motor even tho my one stepper is new as of 9/8/2012 and also a standard airbox to get rid of the induction kit

Turn the key to pos 2, then push down and release the accelerator pedal down 5 times, then turn the key back to pos 0 then try and start the car
