If only everyone could drive like that when it snows over here instead of doing 3mph on roads that blatently have no snow or ice on them and mountains of grit.

Your telling me. Went and did some xmas shopping yesterday in Birmingham. Comming home down the M6 absolutly no snow on any of the 3 lanes, road was wet where the ice had been melted by the grit. The amount of people tootling along at 35mph was unreal. I know you should be careful but still thats just taking the mick.

Its a dead straight road. I bet they dont drive like that when it rains which would be the same conditions.

Yep, know exactly what you mean, followed a .........................wait for it ................................wait for it..............yes- you've guessed it Nissan Micra down the seafront from Cullercoats to Tynemouth at the heady speed of fifteen miles per f*****' miles per hour, and it wasn't even snowing!!! Felt like following the selfish cow home and letting her know what I thought of her driving. I mean if people are that scared of driving then hand your licence back to DVLA as you're obviously not fit to be in charge of a vehicle.

Don't forget to breathe Martin!

Then there are those drivers at the other end of the scale, driving way too fast for the conditions. I was on a busy 'A' road before it becomes a motorway, I was doing a reasonable 50mph in slushy conditions, there was the usual slush build ups between each lane when a Jap 4x4 flew past. It changed lanes quickly, my whole screen was covered in 2-3" thick hard slush, I thought the screen was coming through!
