insurance went up on my 75 from 480 to 780 this year managed to get it back down to 600 but still a con as i am 48 with full n/c and no points

Admiral Multicar is worth a thought if you can do it. I think its an extra 10% off iirc with mine. Mind you if you have paid less than ?500 before you were 25 you did alright there, or didn't have a high insurance group car. I am 30 now and got my 180 for around ?500 but that is with 3 points and ?100 excess

I paid ?390 last year for a 1.4 ZR then ?120 3 weeks later to up to a 2.5 ZS. This year I got quoted ?750 which they knocked back to ?650.

greenlight insurance quoted ?500, ?250 excess FC. That's for 10yrs driving, 6yrs NCB and 3pp. And lots of the specialist brokers won't cover NI.
