Totally new engine, designed by Volvo with Ford money (when they owned them) to go in a range of top models... Volvos plus Focus ST, Mondeo, S/Max and Galaxy.

When Ford sold Volvo off, they had to buy the V5's from Sweden at a much more expensive price...........

When you get a replacement one, they come in a very nice (not joking) planed, pine crate. Wanted to keep the one we had......

theyre phasing the volvo engine out for the new car, its getting a 2 litre ecoboost

Am I right in thinking the turbo is on the bottom right of the pic? Its tiny unless they have a second on the other side. What figures are they looking at getting out of the ecoboost engine and how tuneable do you think it will be?

i know the T5 is ok on fuel if drive with respect to the speed limits and pull away like a 90year old you can get 40+mpgs i did this for a while it pissed alot of people off
