Any paint experts here?

Had a very bad day with the bumper repaint. After getting the gun sorted and laying 2 'perfect coats' this began to creep across the surface until 60% of the bumper was affected. I was meticulous in prepping and am really at a loss to explain this.

Any ideas?

Paint reaction, what did you use to degrease it.

Paint prep wipes then a tack rag, all this after light sanding of a grey acrylic primer.

I've had that happen if any silicone is left on the panel, you can get a similar effect if the humidity is high as well

Not a trace!!!

2 coats of grey acrylic primer, each sanded lightly, washed off wet and dry sludge with water, dried (garage was warm) paint prep wipes, tack cloth then the blue.

Paint is cellulose blue, cut 50% with acrylic thinners. Primer is acrylic from a rattle can.

It has been a week in prep, each step done with care and attention. I was looking out for contamination's at every step, that's why I am so stunned at this reaction.
