The springs at least on the front dampers will be more beefier on the ZS180 because of the heavier V6 engine........

I do not know if the dampers are the same throughout the MG range.........someone else may be able to help there......and Ralph may be on later......hope he had a good blast today.

THe ZS TD shares the same dampers as the 180, as does the springs (front and rear)

The good news is we have gone this far and no one has said shock abosorbers thankfully

Are there any major differences between the dampers and springs through the ZS range Kev?

Dampers- 1.6, 1.8 share the same dampers
Springs - 1.6, 1.8 share the springs

Loads of differences, rough territories etc.

I'm back from my b;ast around Donington. Can't answer this question at the mo, as my laptop is at the garage. I'm pretty certain the dampers are different between the ZS180 and the 4 pots. I'll check tomorrow, if I remember.

They are Ralph, only the Diesel and the 180 share the same suspension setup.
